RIGHTS & REPORTING
Effective and last updated: September 19, 2026
LITS respects intellectual-property rights and expects members to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on the LITS website or connected service that you believe infringes a copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property right.
Email info@blackrocketdigital.com with the subject “LITS IP Infringement Notice.” Do not send passwords, unrelated identity documents or confidential evidence that is not needed to evaluate the claim.
If you own a copyright or are authorized to act for the owner, send a written notice containing:
Incomplete notices may delay review. We may forward the notice, including contact information, to the person who posted the material or to a rights-reporting database when lawful.
We may remove or disable access to reported material, request more information, preserve evidence, notify the member, restrict repeat infringers and take other appropriate action. Removal is not a determination that infringement occurred. We may decline notices that are materially incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, outside our control or not submitted by an authorized person.
If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice containing:
We may send the counter-notice to the complainant. Where the applicable process permits, we may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless we receive notice that the complainant filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
For a trademark, publicity, design, patent or other intellectual-property complaint, identify the right, registration or legal basis; the owner; the specific material and location; why you believe it infringes; your authority; and your contact details. Include a signed good-faith statement that the information is accurate. We may ask for proof of registration, ownership or authorization.
In appropriate circumstances, LITS may restrict or terminate members who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights. We consider the circumstances, reliable notices, counter-notices, retractions and other relevant information rather than relying only on an automated count.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in an infringement notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Consider fair use, license, authorization, public-domain status and other lawful uses before submitting a claim. This policy is not legal advice.
Notices may be sent to: Copyright and IP Contact, LITS — Love In The Sky, info@blackrocketdigital.com. This page does not by itself represent that LITS has completed a designation in the U.S. Copyright Office directory. If LITS registers a designated DMCA agent, the directory record and this page should be updated with the same current contact information and renewed as required.
Use the general contact address for impersonation, privacy, safety or Terms violations that do not involve intellectual property. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
